As a child of the ’90s, I found magic in the simple act of pressing play on a VHS tape. My weekends were often spent lost in an array of stories, and what resonated most with me were the narratives woven into those fleeting moments on screen—stories that evoked genuine emotions and connected with me in a profound way.
These early encounters with storytelling ignited a passion within me, leading to hours of filming home videos with friends and family. With each project, I discovered the power of structure, the importance of collaboration, and the magic that comes from bringing a vision to life. It became clear that storytelling wasn’t limited to just film; it was a thread that could weave its way through any endeavor.
As I grew older, this love for narratives evolved into a desire to orchestrate projects that bring stories to life, not just in film, but in all its forms. This realization shaped my decision to pursue a career as a project manager. I wanted to harness the same passion that inspired me as a child—transforming ideas into tangible realities and guiding teams through the intricate dance of creativity. AS A DIRECTOR
I work closely with department heads and teams to bring the client’s vision to life, crafting innovative, story-driven sequences that genuinely reflect their brand and project objectives. My priority is to ensure that every phase of production stays aligned with our strategic goals while honoring the unique ethos of each story. I actively support both the actors and the technical crew by carefully managing timelines and budgets to keep us all on track. By nurturing a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, I encourage everyone involved to share their talents and insights, knowing that their contributions are invaluable. Regardless of the project’s scale, I approach every undertaking with a deep commitment and a keen eye for detail, as my ultimate goal is to bring to life the incredible stories we collectively share. This vision guides me from start to finish in every production.
AS A PRODUCER
I work closely with creative directors and external partners to conceptualize and develop sales pitches, providing essential input on technical requirements, creative concepts, and project execution. I initiate, coordinate, supervise, and manage logistics for production, advising teams on setup and project objectives while overseeing pre-production tasks. This includes budgeting, scheduling auditions, hiring crew members, and obtaining necessary permits. Additionally, I develop and maintain relationships with both new and established clients to gain a better understanding of their goals and vision. I strive to provide customized production solutions that align with the clients’ budget and schedule constraints.
AS AN EDITOR
I understand the importance of combining a project’s raw footage and media assets into deliverables that resonate with the client’s story and brand goals. My goal is to deliver exceptional results that reflect leadership's vision while preserving the unique narrative.
By collaborating with stakeholders, I refine our post-production workflow to deliver polished media packages, even under tight deadlines. I prioritize open communication with the marketing team to make sure all deliverables meet the broadcast and social media criteria. Using performance data, I work to optimize our outreach, increasing viewership and enhancing audience engagement.
AS A COLORIST
I work closely with a project’s director and director of photography to explore and fine-tune vibrant color schemes that truly enhance the emotional depth and atmosphere of a project. Together, we strive to shape the mood and visual style in a way that resonates with the audience. I also make it a priority to address any color discrepancies in the footage, ensuring a seamless match across different cameras, lighting conditions, and locations.
